We are pleased to announce Edie McIntyre will be the Mackie Lake House Artist in Residence for 2011. Edie is from Edmonton, AB. Edie likes to experiment by working on different surfaces, beeswax among them. She works with natural pigments and walnut oil. Watch for details on an Art Exhibition during her residency during August. Last year’s Artist in Residence was Angie Francis and her work will be posted on the site and displayed at the exhibit as soon as possible. |
