Come Celebrate Our 100th Anniversary |
| On Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm, we are having a party and everyone is invited. There will be live entertainment, children’s pioneer games, croquet and a scrabble tournament and, of course, birthday cake. Prizes will be awarded for the best period outfits.
Entertainment includes Holly Smith, Manfred Harter, The Timbretones, Sweet Adeline and Sans Ssouci. The Bishop Bird Sanctuary and The Society for the Protection of Kalamalka Lake Park will also be on site. The best place to bring your family this summer! Please BYOB (blanket – that is) or lawn chair and prepare to play games and enjoy the entertainment and the views. To register for the partners scrabble tournament, please call Mackie Lake House at 250-545-1019. Tea sandwiches, tea and lemonade will be available for purchase. FAMILY PICNIC & CELTIC CONCERT Keep your blankets and chairs in your vehicle because you need them again for SUNDAY, August 15th. Join us at 4 pm for a celebratory concert. Cats & The Fiddle and Manfred & The Lonely. Tickets are $15 for an adult, $7.50 for children 4 to 12 years of age or $35 for the family. Tickets are available at the ticket seller. This is a fundraiser for the Okanagan Symphony. Gates open at 3 pm. |
