Your Visit to the Mackie Lake House Site

Come and enjoy Mackie Lake House anytime during our opening hours.

Mackie Lake House is a picnic-encouraged site. The grounds offer a beautiful and relaxed setting to come and create – bring your easel, your journal, your camera, or a good book. 

The site offers access to a small section of beach along Kal Lake – visitors can access the beach through a gate on the lower left-hand corner of the property.

Visitors can enjoy a self-guided tour of the grounds at no cost, although donations are greatly appreciated.

Guided tours of Mackie Lake House are available on a drop-in basis on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. See Tours for more information. 

Parking

Parking is available on the property. 

Accessibility

Mackie Lake House offers limited wheelchair accessibility on the main floor, but the grounds are generally accessible.
